Bacon Wrapped Swordfish
8oz. Swordfish steak
Mirin (Japanese cooking Wine)
Olive Oil
2 strips of Bacon
Sweet Soy Sauce | |
Criss cross 2 strips of Bacon over the Swordfish steaks. Brush with Mirin and
Sweet Soy Sauce. Sear each side in oil over medium heat until browned.
Check for doneness (white/moist). Finish in oven if necessary. Garnish with
sliced scallions. Swordfish can be grilled, then panned on coverd grill until
cooked.
