Deposits: Reservations of five (5) or fewer nights require a deposit for the amount of the entire stay.
Reservations of 6 nights or more require a 50% deposit.
Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded on cancellations received 15 or more days prior to arrival date. No refunds can be made on cancellations within 15 days of arrival date, unless the room(s) are re-rented at the same rate. All refunds are subject to a 10% service fee. |
